We have been seeing many hosts are not making video calls at all.
Remember, this is a live-streaming app. You are expected to make video calls or voice calls to connect with the users. Earning through only chatting will not be accepted. We expect at least half of your earnings should be from calling, not chatting.
We also found some hosts who earn points only from special missions only.
Please note that your payment will not be made in the following cases:
- If you are earning only by chatting
- If you are earning only by clearing special missions & getting login bonus
- If you are not showing face during video calls
- If you are not talking to the user on calls
- If your screen is blank on video calls
- If you are not interacting properly with the user
- If you are creating multiple accounts (In this case, we will close all of your accounts without any prior notice and all the points will also be confiscated.)
- If you are using any other methods to et points which we judge as wrong
In the above cases, your account will be banned permanently without any notice, all the points will be confiscated & any inquiry regarding this will not be answered.
