It’s very important to know how to talk to the user to have more calls or longer calls with him.
Always remember that the user pays a lot of money to have communication with you. So, it is your duty to give them a reason to use those points or buy more points.
Always keep in mind these easy things when you talk to a person on a video call:
- Respect: Have utmost respect for them when you talk to them, answer them.
- Interset: Always show interest in the things they talk to you. Many of them look up to you as someone with whom they can be open. Men don’t usually open themselves to anyone openly. So value their talks and respond accordingly.
- Using right words: When they ask you for some other sort of fun or your personal information, NEVER SAY NO!!! That doesn’t mean say yes to everything they ask you. Just that deny them in a way that is not hurtful or rude or direct.
- Distance: Always know to keep a distance. Be close to them to keep good contact and to have more video calls with them but also make sure that you are not having an actual bond with them which might lead you a real relationship and they engage with you outside the app.
