Are your calls working properly?
Sometimes because of a network problem or technical issue in the app, it takes time for video calls to connect properly. In this case, please try the following options first and then contact the support account:
- Restarting the app
- Reinstalling the app (make sure you have registered your email address)
- Restarting your phone
- Checking the internet connection(checking with mobile internet & wifi)
- Taking the internet speed test
How to take the internet speed test?
This is to confirm your internet connection is strong enough to make video calls. Please check the speed of your internet from the following link:

If you find your internet speed fairly good but still can’t make the calls, then message the support account with the screenshot of your internet speed test results.
