Please check the following points when you send a payment request.
How is the payment made?
When you reach a certain number of points, you can cash them out and send us a payment request. Usually, your payment is made the next day except for the weekends and public holidays as per Japanese calendar.
How many points do you need to cash out?
For the first payment: 1,500 points or more
From 2nd payment onward: 3,540 points or more every time
When is the payment processed?
We usually process the payment around 10 am as per Japanese time. Any payment request that comes after that will be processed the next business day.
What is used to make the transfers?
We use PayPal and Bank account online transfers for the payments.
Please create a PayPal account on which you can receive money from a foreign country. Please visit the homepage of PayPal or call the local office of PayPal near you.In case of Bank account transfer, Please select the country on the payments page and then fill in the necessary information and send us the payment request.
How do the conversions work?
On Vincasto, 1 point is equal to 1 Japanese Yen. So, the number of points you earn is shown in Japanese Yen figures. THOSE ARE NOT THE VALUES WRITTEN IN INDIAN RUPEES. Please go to your Points page (Profile > Points), and you will find the conversion of your earning into U.S. dollars & Indian Rupee. The amount in USD or INR you see there is the amount of your payment. But, as the processing fees of money transfers affect it, the actual amount you receive can be different than what it is shown on the points screen.

DO NOT CONTACT THE SUPPORT ACCOUNT ON THE APP FOR THE ISSUES RELATED TO THE PAYMENTS. THOSE WILL NOT BE ANSWERED.
How many days does it take to reach the money?
It depends upon your type of PayPal account & PayPal policies. Usually, the payment is made within the 3-4 business day, but sometimes PayPal keep your money on hold, and it takes longer for the money to reach to you in that case.
In case if bank transfers, it 1-2 business days depending upon the bank and the location.
